Details

Defect Tracking Systems often provide users with multiple categories, statuses, priorities, task types, operating systems, severities, etc. It would be helpful to enable administrators to develop DTS-centric Help documentation that defines each option used in lists, such as what “Backend/Core” references. On the screens for customizable lists, a “Description” input box could be added which would interface with the Help documentation.
