On a project or ticket basis should be able to hook in and possibly also share permissions

I talked with a friend who brought up this topic too.

I think this is for people who wants to add/share huge and maybe collaborative files like media files (raw data, movies, collaborative docs), that aren't fit well to uploading as attachments.

Well, 0 votes for that feature until today ...
