FS#1978 - Compensate degraded usability due added token system and js-less toggle

Due to the needed implementation of an anti csrf system into Flyspray 1.0,
this are a side effect issues we need to address:

Due the required replacement of action links to form buttons:

  • The user cannot just see anymore the target url of the action by hovering over the link. We can compensate that in the simpliest case by using the title-tag as additional info to the user. Trust not full reestabilished that way, but better than nothing and user has fear to click a form button.

Javascriptless CSS3-toggles:

  • Some clickable labels don’t show pointer icon when :hover. CSS issue, easy fix.

And who cares about the action target showing?

You can assign me, but my list of assigned tasks is still long..

Don't be too upset, I note things in the flyspray bugtracker as a todo list, when I stumble over things. Hey, it's low severity, you can set priority to low too.

I'm not upset, that was a legit question... I really wonder if it's needed to see the link where a link would bring you...

Maybe I'm oversensitive, but I like it if I can see where my actions probably go before doing them.

Think of it like you look left and right before crossing a street.
This is one reason I would never click on shorted links like on twitter. You just don't know where it will lead you.
You can't be sure 100% by seeing a target url, but helps to evaluate if its worth.

Sometimes it helps also on foreign language pages I don't understand, but the url links tells me something.
It's a like bit of avoiding simple constructed trap doors.

Well, it is low priority, you can just ignore it.
