FS#2035 - permissions in project should overwrite those from global group

I’m not sure this is a bug or this behavior is intended.

I have a user who belongs to a “basic” group but he’s a projects manager in one of the projects.

We have noticed he is not able to edit their own comments or tasks even though this feature is enabled in project managers group within this particular project.
I could only fix it by enabling these features in the global basic group, but I feel the project group setting should overwrite those from global groups.

Reason for closing:  Fixed in devel
Additional comments about closing:

no final feedback from Daniel, but bugs seems to be fixed.

Project Manager

Sounds like a bug. Permissions are added in Flypsray. So if the user doesn't have the right in his global group, but has the right in project, he should do that stuff in that project he has rights.

Could you try to test this with current github flyspray master?

Could you provide screenshot of his /index.php?do=myprofile (only permission area :-) ), so I can test with same settings?

Project Manager

Reason found, updated github master.

The "current" project info for checking permissions wasn't loaded for this do-mode. So it was project 0 = the global permissions.

Project Manager

Daniel, could you please upgrade to 1.0-beta and give feedback if this is resolved now, so I can close this?

(Drop the "your workaround"-rights from the basic global group, then check if your project manager is able to do the edit own tasks or comments)
