FS#2054 - Fields for csv export choosable like for task list

Currently the task list columns are used, which are choosed by admin or project manager for the task list view.

This task is a sub task of FS#1671 - Ability to extract CSV, or Excel

Pull request by 'theunderstated' exists, but I postpone the merge until everything of

But lets keep it as inspiration for future.

Small pull requests prefered for review and tracing back when and where a potential bug was introduced accidently.
