FS#2126 - dynamic meta description (was: Change page title)
Hello,
When i put a link in Discord for example, it detects “Flyspray, a Bug Tracking System written in PHP.” as title. How to change it ?
Edit by peterdd: adapted task title/summary to the root of the problem.

Do you mean this software? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discord_%28software%29
The title is shown correct as
But for more info Discord seems to show below the content of the meta description.
The meta description is currently just hardcoded text:
But what is appropriate to put into a dynamic generated meta-description tag? This question is not yet answered. Several solutions in my mind, but a solution should respect also the flyspray permissions.
You can temporarly modify the template like this:
Keywords: meta tags, schema.org (maybe https://schema.org/Action ?), SEO, search engine friendly structure
The screenshot in this comment shows similiar behavior when trying to link a flyspray task as message on facebook. The automatic page grabbing done by facebook shows currently content of 'title-tag' and 'meta description'-tag.
