FS#2219 - Column "Last Commenter" needed in tasklist

Since FS#2214 is way harder to implement, I think that a more easier way to view the last modifications on a task, is to create a column that autocompletes with the name of the last person who commented on a task. That way, our dispatcher can change the task status if the users that posted a comment don’t change their statuses.

Is there a way to do this?
