FS#2617 - Preview button not at the good place

The “Preview” button is not at the good place.

The “Preview” must to be near “Add this task” with same background button color.

The preview button is part of the dokuwiki syntax plugin and the preview appears directly above the toolbar. So I thought putting the button there is ok. It doesn’t currently fit perfectly with the other dokuwiki toolbar icons, but this would change when replacing bitmap icons with e.g. fontawesome chars.

Other Flyspray installations that use HTML/CKEditor do not have a preview button as they show (ideally) the resulting formated content.
